The Engineering Society of Detroit (ESD) is a nonprofit professional association based in Southfield, Michigan. Established in 1895, it is the oldest and largest multidisciplinary engineering society in the United States. ESD is dedicated to promoting excellence and innovation in engineering, science, and allied professions, serving a network of approximately 60,000 professionals, including engineers, technical experts, and scientists.
