Sales coaching is all about you! As your coach I'll focus all my efforts to help you attain your goals. We'll partner in gaining more job satisfaction, making more sales and increasing your income through the coaching process. I'll focus on what is important to be successful in your advertising sales position. I'll help you understand the limits you impose on yourself and replace them with a new and improved empowering belief system. As your sales coach I'll help you realize your true potential and pullout all false limitations that you acquired previously. I'll be available when you need me for consultation, strategy, problem solving or just a pep talk. During the coaching process I'll build-up your confidence, share ideas and research clients and categories. Sales Coaching! It is action you take for yourself. You deserve it! HOW DOES IT WORK Most coaching is done on the phone, day or night. The first session is all about discovery and at no charge. We discuss your goals and what plan is necessary to accomplish them. Usually we set up one 45 minute session each week with an agenda. There can be an unlimited number of emails and short calls in between weekly sessions. Coaching typically lasts about 2 to 3 months per goal and varies depending on how fast you take to coaching. The cost is generally $125.00 per month.
