nFormation is a membership-based technology platform and community founded in 2020 by Rha Goddess and Deepa Purushothaman. Based in Los Angeles, CA, it is designed specifically for high-performing women of color (WOC) leaders. The platform creates a safe space for WOC to connect authentically and aims to reshape traditional power structures in professional environments. nFormation focuses on personal and professional growth for WOC leaders, offering a range of services. Members benefit from a vetted community, two years of post-placement support, individual and corporate coaching, and executive services. The platform also provides unique board and executive placement services, along with partnerships with corporate allies to foster inclusive workspaces. Additionally, nFormation features a digital hub with resources, events, and sessions dedicated to development and transformation.
