JPS Health Network is the Tarrant County Hospital District, a public healthcare system in Tarrant County, Texas. Headquartered at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, it provides comprehensive care to all residents, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Founded in 1877, JPS has evolved into a 582-bed public academic hospital system, serving as the safety-net provider for the community.
