What does Expansive Connection do?

Expert-led weekend experiences for couples/relationship on Catalina Island, CA. We blend guided communication workshops, partner & acroyoga, and mindful island adventures—with plenty of free time—to help partners practice honesty/authenticity, build durable skills, and deepen their connection. Workshops are evidence-informed and somatic. Our retreat facilitator holds a Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy and a 200-hr yoga teacher certification, and have extensive training in human sexuality.
