CodePath.org is a national non-profit organization established in 2013, focusing on increasing diversity in the tech industry by training underrepresented college students, particularly Black, Latino/a, Indigenous, and low-income individuals. Transitioning to non-profit status in 2017, CodePath aims to create a diverse generation of software engineers, CTOs, and founders. The organization has taught over 20,000 students across more than 85 universities and targets to reach 100,000 students annually by 2030. CodePath offers industry-vetted courses and career support, including mentorship from senior engineers and pathways to internships and jobs at leading tech companies. Its programs cover various topics, such as Applied AI Engineering, mobile development, and CyberSecurity. The organization partners with tech companies to develop job-focused computer science courses and provides personalized career roadmaps, interview preparation, and community events to enhance students' employability. CodePath is committed to fostering racial equity and aims to launch one million engineering careers by 2050.
