I'm a Coach, Speaker, Educator, and Warrior for Justice, Equity, Decolonization and Inclusion ("JEDI"). My life goal is to reduce social inequity and discrimination, especially in wealth, race, and gender. I'm here to support people who are willing to go beyond bias training and hiring targets, and start decolonizing their mindsets, heartsets and organizational structures to achieve lasting social change.
