A corporation is legally a person. So what kind of person is your organization? Hi. ππΌ I'm Rosie Yeung, President & Founder of Changing Lenses. I'm a Coach, Speaker, Educator, and Warrior for Justice, Equity, Decolonization and Inclusion ("JEDI"). My life goal is to reduce social inequity and discrimination, especially in wealth, race, and gender. βI'm here to support people who are willing to go beyond bias training and hiring targets, and start decolonizing their mindsets, heartsets and organizational structures to achieve lasting social change. Using my 20+ years' professional and lived experiences, I integrate #JEDI principles, #NonViolentCommunication, and #PositiveIntelligence with finance, HR, and leadership to #DecolonizeCorporateCanada and heal our workplaces. I specialize in providing culturally relevant coaching to racialized women so they can go from conforming to transforming, and recover from corporate trauma. If you're an organizational leader who believes in uplifting women in the workplace, my group and 1-on-1 coaching for racialized women can help you do that. If you want a better way to live and work that is more equitable, inclusive, and healthy, you're welcome to book a free call with me and explore how I might support you. https://calendly.com/rosieyeung/jedi Together, we'll make your organization the kind of person you want it to be.
