Girls Who CEO is a nonprofit that helps middle and high school girls become the CEOs of their own lives—starting from the inside out. Our year-long foundation program is designed to build confident, conscious leaders by focusing on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal growth before introducing external leadership skills. Year 1 Curriculum Highlights: 🗓️ September – Self-Awareness & Personal Power Identity, values, and inner voice Strengths discovery and mindset building 🗓️ October – Emotional Intelligence & Nervous System Safety Naming emotions and building emotional granularity Regulation tools and understanding triggers 🗓️ November – Self-Compassion & the Inner Critic Recognizing self-talk and reframing failure Practicing self-kindness and resilience 🗓️ January – Boundaries & Responsibility Learning to say no with grace and yes with intention Personal accountability and self-trust 🗓️ February – Identity & Belonging Exploring roles, authenticity, and peer pressure Cultivating true belonging and self-acceptance 🗓️ March – Conscious Decision-Making Values-based choices and integrity Listening to inner wisdom and learning from mistakes 🗓️ April – Capstone Integration Girls present a Personal Leadership Charter Final reflection, celebration, and wisdom circle Through this inner leadership journey, girls build the foundation to lead boldly, wisely, and authentically—in business and in life.
