What does Capital Area District Libraries do?

Capital Area District Libraries (CADL) is a public library system that serves residents of Ingham County and parts of Eaton County in Michigan. Established on January 2, 1998, CADL operates 13 branches and a mobile library across 23 municipalities. The library system is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees and focuses on empowering diverse communities to learn, imagine, and connect.
