About this podcast

Welcome to The Introverted Upstander, my name is Sasha. I am an American mom of three great kids who are in high school and college, married to the same wonderful guy since 2004. But I have struggled with finding my own voice in an environment that always seems dominated by the loudest and the most extreme. How can I possibly implement action in a way that has any chance of helping, when I am far more comfortable reading a great book with a kitty snuggled on my lap? Is there a way for me to help without fundamentally changing who I am? T
