The good news is of practical importance in the world of our relationships.

Jesus is the light of life , and he pursues us.

We can trust in God's promised, perfect, powerful, proven son.

Jesus is the proven son of God.

Jesus is God's powerful son.

Jesus is God's perfect son.

Jesus is God's promised son.

If our struggles are cyclical, there's a good chance the problem resides within. The first step toward breaking the pattern is to honestly confront the depth of our relationship with the Lord.

The Lord can pour out His mercy to stand us up, and yet we can still walk away.

When God calls us into something, we may be afraid. And yet, He goes before us, invites us to follow Him, and remains close to us as we travel through our fear.

False gods cost more than expected and give nothing in return. Jesus has paid the cost of our sin and gives us everything.

Our own sin seeks to blind us to the part we play in the problems we face, but if we we are willing to examine ourselves and allow God to draw near, He can deliver us.

Whether it be ungratefulness in the midst of a gift, pride borne out of success, or simply settling to escape hardship, we must be wary of these phenomena when setting out to do the work God has for us.

Spreading well depends upon the Spirit moving in a growing and maturing community.

What's at work in us that ends up producing the actions that come from us ?

There are things to come that we ought not give too much of our attention, while on the other hand there are things to come that will truly test us.

May the Lord give us a humble heart to question the very things we adhere to.

What hope do we have faced with the immovable inevitability of death? For those willing to admit their need for Him, Jesus has already rolled the stone away.
