囲碁道場や囲碁サロンの経営にAIを使い倒しているここ1年です。使うツールがどんどん変わるので・・・ここ2週間ほどの状況をお話します。。
最近eSports、ゲームにハマってます。ビデオゲームが脳の認知機能を向上させるという研究発表を知ってから安心して遊ぶようになりました。
ここ1週間に行われた棋戦情報です。本因坊戦第1局、グロービス杯代表決定戦の結果、女性の世界勝ち抜き団体戦などについて話します。
夏の大きな子供囲碁大会に向けて、各地区の代表決定戦が間近です。（東京千葉は5月末ではなく6月でした）予選突破が大きなモチベーションになっていて、特に団体戦の効果が大きい。

前回にひき続き、走ることについて掘り下げて話します。体力をあげたい。脳のポテンシャルをあげたい。そのためにランニングに取り組む中年棋士の微笑ましい取り組みとして・・
