My name is Pratima Rao Gluckman and I have spent my career in tech, and I have been leading on diversity and inclusion issues since 2018. One of the things that my work in diversity and inclusion has shown is that many positive things can happen by providing a platform for established and emerging leaders. There are many lessons that can be learned from 2020 and one of them is that it can be catastrophic to ignore big issues and hope they go away. This podcast is an effort to take on big issues head-on. These are challenges and opportunities that I deeply care about and I hope you will too. Thanks for joining me!
