About this podcast
Born and raised in Ottawa Canada, DJ Casual has been in the DJ scene since 1992, starting with his childhood friend and high school classmate Dj Bounce. They would play at various house parties, functions and high school dances across the Ottawa & Gatineau region. In 1995 Dj Casual began Djing at the legendary Cachet Nightclub with DJ Fletch where his Dj career took off. His true love is playing at public (live) gatherings, he feeds off the energy of the crowd, read the response and take them on a musical journey. He plays a variety of music from Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae, Soca, Old School, Retro 80's, House and countless other musical styles. He currently plays alongside his fellow Dj & friend Dj Choice.
