About this podcast

Welcome to the "Deserts of Plenty" podcast, where we explore the idea that despite living in a world overflowing with calories we are malnourished. Despite living in the information age we lack knowledge and, despite having dating opportunities at our fingertips, many of us are single and lonely. We will also investigate how to live better lives by paying attention to our physical, mental, and emotional well being. The mind, body, and spirt. We will delve into human communication and transaction. The goal is to understand ourselves better and figure out how to navigate a world that really seems to not a damn about us.
