Network For Hope (NFH) is a non-profit Organ Procurement Organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Established in October 2024 through the merger of Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates and LifeCenter Organ Donor Network, NFH serves a large area covering 136 counties across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, impacting nearly 7 million people. As the 16th largest OPO in the U.S., it partners with 188 hospitals, including six transplant centers, to facilitate organ, tissue, and eye donation. The mission of Network For Hope is to end the wait for patients needing life-saving transplants by empowering donors and their families. NFH provides a range of services, including organ procurement, tissue recovery, eye donation, donor family support, community education, and hospital partnership management. The organization is committed to collaboration, innovation, and authenticity, ensuring respect for donors and a focus on improving donation rates. With over 300 dedicated staff members, NFH plays a vital role in connecting donor generosity with patient needs, having saved 872 lives and facilitated 155,000 new donor registrations in the past year.
