IC3 Movement is a global initiative focused on enhancing career and college counseling in high schools, universities, and organizations. Based in Mumbai, India, it aims to empower educators and improve guidance systems to help students make informed decisions about their higher education and career paths. The organization has impacted over 3.3 million students and engaged with more than 6,600 schools and 900 universities across 104 countries. The movement operates through four main pillars: training teachers, building school capacity, supporting counseling centers, and promoting international counseling practices. Key initiatives include the annual IC3 Conference & Expo, regional forums, and the IC3 Live platform, which provides virtual resources to educators. The IC3 Institute offers professional development and mentoring to help establish effective counseling departments. With a network of over 1,400 volunteers, IC3 Movement is dedicated to transforming the landscape of career counseling worldwide.
