What does Every Meal do?

Every Meal is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting child hunger. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Roseville, the organization aims to fill food gaps for school-age children, particularly during weekends and extended breaks when they cannot access school meal programs. Every Meal serves over 10,000 to 12,000 children across 375 to 600 locations in Minnesota, making it the state's largest nonprofit focused on providing food directly to kids facing food insecurity. The organization runs several key programs, including the Weekend Meal Program, which delivers nutritious food bags to students in need. They also partner with over 791 organizations to expand their reach and provide meals during summer months and other school breaks. Since the pandemic, Every Meal has distributed more than 4 million meals, with a total impact exceeding 11.2 million meals to children in Minnesota. Their mission is to ensure that every child has access to the food they need to thrive.
