All In Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm based in Delhi, India. Founded by Kushal Bhagia and Aditya Singh, the firm focuses on investing in pre-seed and seed-stage Indian startups through a community-driven model that includes over 150 partnered founders. All In Capital aims to support founders who are fully committed to their ventures, providing not just capital but also valuable network support. The firm launched its first fund in 2022 with a corpus of $11 million, which has been nearly fully deployed across 51 startups. In 2025, it announced Fund II with a target of Rs 200 crore, achieving an initial close of Rs 85 crore. All In Capital plans to make 7-9 investments in the next six months and around 15 in the first year of Fund II. The firm is sector-agnostic but has a particular focus on consumer internet, consumer brands, artificial intelligence, and deep tech, while also exploring fintech, gaming, and education.
